  • 1/2 pint Pasta & Co Garlic Bread Spread
  • 1 pound fresh fettuccine
  • 12 Simply Grilled Prawns (more or less to your liking)
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Freshly shredded parmigiano reggiano, for garnish

Cook fettuccine accordingly to cooking instructions.

While fettuccine is cooking, in a sauté pan place garlic bread spread and melt over medium heat. Place prawns into pan to heat and add pinch of salt and pepper. Drain fettuccine, add to the pan and toss. Squeeze in lemon (to taste).

Remove to serving bowl and top with cheese.

Additional suggestions: To make spicy, add 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes into melting butter.

To make creamier, add 1/4 cup crème fraiche during tossing of pasta.
