The New Year is here, fresh and packed with possibilities, and at Pasta & Co, we’ve got quite a few culinary adventures lined up. This year, we’re approaching our pantry and deli a little differently, drawing straight from the dishes and ingredients we love best. For starters, this Winter we’re highlighting our favorite pastas and sauces - the noodles and accompaniments that really make us want to remove the words “low carb diet” from our vocabulary.
From our pantry, stocked full with authentic ingredients, to our deli brimming with full, rich flavors, you’ll find everything you need for nights in during cold Winter months.
Winter also brings with it the most romantic holiday of the year - Valentine’s Day. This year, stay in, light a fire, open a bottle of bubbly and leave the cooking to us. Order our elegant Surf ‘n Turf dinner and relax on February 14th.

Potsticker Salad with Roasted Vegetable Ravioli
In a spicy Chinese dressing with crunchy vegetables, sesame seeds and pine nuts.
Tortellini Au Gratin
Fresh tortellini baked in a Beecher’s Flagship cheese, wine, tomato and herb sauce.
Penne with Smoked Mozzarella and Fresh Spinach
With roasted red peppers, tossed in a creamy Parmesan dressing with garlic and a splash of Tabasco.

Cav. Giuseppe Cocco Pasta (Pennoni & Fettucini)
In 1916, at the age of 14, Domenico Cocco started work in a pasta factory and was soon known as “Mastro Domenico.” He eventually handed his trade secrets down to his son Giuseppe, who today refuses to sacrifice the tips and tricks of pasta making perfected by his father, and continues toproduce traditional, small-batch pastas well known for quality and flavor.
Rustichella d'Abruzzo (Squid Ink Spagetti)
Founded in 1924, Rustichella keeps to the tradition of homemade production. To make their pastas, the best durum wheat semolina is selected and mixed with mountain water. The dough is then extruded through hand-carved, 19th century bronze dies, and air-dried for 40 to 60 hours at a low temperature, giving it a better grab on sauces and providing a better “chew.”
Donne del Grano (Leftovers, Lingua di Suorcera and Sombreroni)
For over 100 years, Donne del Grano has producing some of the best pastas in the world. Made with the locally grown durum wheat of Puglia, their pastas are colored with dehydrated natural dyes, extracted from spinach, tomatoes, red beets, tumeric, pepper, or squid ink.
Add a pinch of sea salt to your meal tableside with a classic porceline salt pig from BIA Cordon Bleu. It’s also perfectly convenient next to your stove, as the well protects the salt from spatterings or drippings as you create your meal.

You’ll enjoy a relaxing, intimate evening on February 14th with your significant other. Our PRIX FIXE SURF & TURF DINNER is available for $59.95 from January 24 through February 14, with a February 14 pick-up. We’ll prepare a restaurant-quality meal for two that’s easy to assemble, heat and serve. The menu stars Petite Filet with Red Wine Reduction and Scallop and Prawn Brochettes with a Tangy Remoulade Sauce, accompanied by Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Snap Peas. The sweet finale is our seductive Chocolate Velvet Cake. Say the word and we’ll add your choice of wine or bubbly to complete your Valentine’s Day dinner.
